Popular YA Fantasy Romance Book Series To Read

June reading wrap up! ☀️⛱ This month flew by…maybe it’s because I was deep in YA fantasy book series? I love the feedback you’ve given me about wanting to see more book content. So, I thought I’d show you a roundup of what I’ve read throughout June! If you’d like a mini book review where I’m going more in-depth on each book’s rating, let me know in the comments and I can film an IGTV and/or write individual book reviews.

June was an exceptionally good reading month for me. I haven’t read this many books in one month since I was a child. I had downtime with work, so I was able to read on average a book per week. Being in a book club has also motivated me to read more, which is fantastic! If you’re looking for summer motivation to dive into a new story, join my free book club–click here for the information. Follow me on Good Reads for live reading updates. Something about the summer months screams YA fantasy novels, which is what I exclusively read throughout June. Below are the titles I selected and the series I made my way through.

Summer Reading Update: June Reads & The YA Books I Suggest You Read

I’ve included the rating of each book. I am using the 5-star rating, which is the same structure as my movie/TV show ranking (click here to view). Since we’re referring to a book instead of TV/movies, I’m replacing the clapper with stars.

Now Alina will enter a lavish world of royalty and intrigue as she trains with the Grisha, her country’s magical military elite―and falls under the spell of their notorious leader, the Darkling. He believes Alina can summon a force capable of destroying the Shadow Fold and reuniting their war-ravaged country, but only if she can master her untamed gift.

As the threat to the kingdom mounts and Alina unlocks the secrets of her past, she will make a dangerous discovery that could threaten all she loves and the very future of a nation.
