Towards the end of last week Ms Taylor Swift released Fearless (Taylor’s Version). The 26 song album has me in the feels (as you can see in this reel, here). I shared m album predictions for which songs would be my favorite—here is my list. Did you listen to the album yet? Let me know what you think, in the comment section of this post. In addition to jamming to Taylor’s new album, I finished up the projects I started around the house/my room last weekend (read about it here). I ended up having to move my desk because of too much light and harsh shadows from the window—I couldn’t see my screen. Now I’m settled again in a new spot! I also spent some time yesterday mapping out a new campaign which I’m excited about. I created a new spreadsheet, wrote all the ideas floating around my brain, and began to assemble the pieces.
Reconnecting with the outdoors:
Today my Mom and I spent time exploring walking paths in our area. We had so much fun deciding which we would venture to and the journey, that we decided every weekend we would select a new trail!
Last Week’s Favorites:
What I’m Watching:
I didn’t watch much TV last week. I took a break from binge watching Sen Cal Kapimi because I didn’t have time to read the subtitles. I watched the latest episode of Chicago P.D.
What I’m Reading:
I’m going back and forth between Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen and The Peppermint Tea Chronicles by Alexander McCall Smith.
Household Favorite:
Blue Yeti Microphone has been AMAZING to work with. I’m greeting up for some projects later this year and early 2022 to be released that require me to record audio. This mic helps me to sound professional without needing to spend a lot of time hooking things up and fiddling around with settings.
I also love my lululemon “On The Fly” pants! They’re as soft as leggings yet look like everyday pants. They aren’t see through like some lightweight pants can be. They have deep pockets to hold keys, snacks, and my phone. They’re true to size, stretchy, and don’t shrink if you put them in the dryer.

LOOKING TO THE WEEK AHEAD:
As we enter a new week AND a new month, I encourage you to stop and reflect. You can write this down on a piece of paper, use these as discussion points with friends/family/loved ones or think on these independently or with your therapist. I’m trying to get better at carving out intentional space each week and month to pause and think on what worked, what didn’t, and set intentions for the days ahead.
ASK YOURSELF:
-
How have I acknowledged and embraced my personal growth and the journey of becoming who I am today?
-
How do I celebrate my success?
-
How do I honor the lessons in what I believe to be failure?
-
Who have been key people in my life that have taught me lessons, helped me, or hurt me? Even the painful moments have helped shape who I am.
THIS WEEK’S INTENTION/MANTRA/ENCOURAGEMENT:
“To me, fearless is not the absence of fear. It’s not being completely unafraid. To me, fearless is having fears. Fearless is having doubts––lots of them. To me, fearless is living in spire of those things that scare you to death. ”––Taylor Swift
challeng:
This week, how will you jump in headfirst, fearless?
