My Favorite Bollywood Films Of The 2010’s

If you follow me on Instagram you know I LOVE Bollywood movies. I average one Bollywood movie per day. This might sound mind boggling to those who barely watch a movie per month, but as a writer (especially one penning her own Bollywood script!!!) I find inspiration, challenge, and intrigue in watching other movies. I guess Bollywood movies- or rather, movies in general are the closes thing to co-workers I have right now. I like following writers, producers, and actors and pickup on even the slightest detail: an object in the background to foreshadow the ending, how the actor communicates an emotion despite not having a line, and thinking about how I would rewrite scenes if this plot was presented to me. In particular, there are a handful of movies I return to over the weeks and noticed they were all mid to late 2000’s Bollywood- maybe there was something in the water during this era?
