Add This Safe & Sustainable Laundy Product To Your Wash Cycle

As a result of having asthma, I really struggle with scents. A lot of the laundry boosters and products on the market were too perfume-based or strong for me to use to try and get the existing smell out of the thrifted clothes. After a bit of research, I found EnviroKlenz. I purchased the Laundry Enhancer powder (also available in liquid form) and added that to how I would normally wash my clothes. It’s an asthma-friendly, scent-free, safe, and sustainable product.

Odors The Laundry Enhancer Removes:

The EnviroKlenz Laundry Enhancer powerfully neutralizes even the toughest odors that cling to your fabrics, including:

  • Chemical odors
  • New clothes smell
  • Vintage and thrifted clothing smell
  • Musty & mildew smell
  • Smoke odors
  • Pet odors
  • Sweat & body odors
  • Fragrances & perfumes

Product Info/Facts

The Laundry Enhancer is safe for multiple fabric types and can be used with cotton, washable wool, polyester, spandex, and washable lace. The powder is HE, front-load compatible, and septic-safe.

Sensitive Skin Safe

The formula is great for people with sensitive skin, too which is fantastic because I also have really sensitive skin and many others struggle to find products that actually work.

The product uses an odor-neutralizing formula. It’s fragrance-free, dye-free, masking agent-free, phosphate-free, and artificial brightener-free.

Liquid Versus Powder

Both products work the same despite their different forms. The company recommends the liquid version for front-load washers.

Thrifted Clothing Washing Tips:

For my washing machine, powders in general never fully dissolve in the tray and usually end up all over clothes. If your washer is similar, you might want to consider adding the powder into the base of the washing machine, before the clothes. I sprinkled one scoop around the inside of the washing machine and then put the clothes in after.

There are directions on the EnviroKlenz website and the product itself. Your washing machine should also have outlined recommendations in the manual for how to include powder in your washing routine. If not, a quick Google search should do the trick!

Do not use the laundry enhancer powder with vinegar. The company has a strong recommendation on it, with more available information on the website.
