Size-Inclusive Clothes Swap In Lincoln Park

Whether you’re looking for an excuse to clean out your closet or add more pieces, this event is for you! The Nature Museum’s C3 program alongside Macaila’s nonprofit, Sustainable Fashion Week Chicago, welcome Conscious Life & Style, and Fat Friends of Chicago as they present this free community event to responsibly dispose of clothes and divert them from landfills.

This is a size-inclusive event, meaning all sizes are accepted as long as the garments are in good condition. If you’re bringing items, please ensure they’re clean.

Men, women, and children’s clothes are accepted!

Have items that need repairs?

If you have items to donate that need repairing but don’t know how to mend them, please bring them with you and tell a volunteer so the items can be placed in the repair bin.

All of the clothing left over from the event will be donated to a local women’s and girls’ shelter as well as a local free store for communities in need.

Coffee will be served with vegan, gluten-free, and peanut-free snacks!
